@Genting

I didn't really know what I was busy with....but somehow....I did stop updating my blogs. But the first week of schools hols was full with workshops....Monday (Staff Seminar), Tuesday & Wednesday (7 Habits Facilitator Course), Thursday (Live@Edu workshop at Microsoft)...ahhah....that nite....Thursday at midnite....we went to Genting.
Actually hubby had a futsal and soccer friendlies against Petronas and MBPJ, that's the reason for this trip up to KL. But the soccies suggested a night at Genting before the games....so up Genting we went. It was a convoy of 6 cars....the others went by coach.
It was my first time staying at Genting, went there before but never stayed there. We stayed at First World Hotel...and it was a small room. Much smaller than the rooms we usually stayed in. Luckily it was only for a nite. And the checking in was a torture.....we had to wait for a number....haha....first time at First World....and never again!
And we didn't play the outdoor games....we juz played the indoor ones. Well, with the kids especially Aqil, I didn't really get to enjoy the games much. So really can't wait for them to GROW UP!!!

A Mother's Feelings When Son Is Ill

Went to Mustafa's on Tuesday night to look for birthday party stuffs for Ariq's birthday@school. Reached home quite late....almost 12midnite. The moment we reached home ...we could hear Aqil's cries. He had just vomited while drinking his milk. We thought it was a normal over-amount kinda thing. Furthermore, he looks ok except that he was a bit lethargic. Still managed to sleep through the night.
Aqil woke up at 5am, crying...so as usual prepared milk for him. Fed him and he vomited again. He cried. This time he looked uncomfortable but very sleepy coz his eyes were closed all the time. Managed to coax him but couldn't put him down as he would start crying again. So thought he still wants his milk....fed him and he vomited again.....this time he cried longer....very cranky. And a few minutes later....he vomited again.
Feeling something is not right...I decided to take him to KKH as it was 6.15am. So SMSed my HOD to inform her. I had to go alone as hubby had Commander's Parade that morning. So I was at KKH wearing Aqil all the time.....he was sleeping.
Not many patients. Waiting for my turn at the triage, Aqil sleeping. Saw the nurse at triage and she sent me straight to the RED DOOR...that means EMERGENCY. I did not have to wait for my Q number. So saw a doctor on duty....gave Aqil some medicine to stop his vomiting and told me to feed him again an hour later to see if he still vomits. And that 1 hr was ok....aqil slept all the way....I even managed to grab a bite of sandwich. So 1 hr's up and I fed him milk.....he threw every up....I was all drenched with his vomit as I was carrying him.
The doctor saw us as he said to Aqil...."You'll have to stay at the chalet huh darling..." .
Doctor explained that he's want to admit Aqil to see his condition coz he can't go on vomiting at every feed. So I agreed and settled the paperwork. Tried calling hubby but can't get through.
The porter uncle was helpful....he carried my bag for me when sending us to the ward. At the ward called huby again ....still can't get through! All alone!
Ward's MO came and check him.....couldn't make any diagnosis yet suspect stomach flu. Wanted his stool for lab. And now he's got diarrhea.....watery stools. Couldn't get samples from his stools until the ???th stool!
At the ward from.....10am til 3 pm.....Aqil still can't consume his milk....MO came....intravenous drip! That's what we don't want....Ariq was put on drip before and it was a painful experience! But we had to abid. Hubby was already there in hospital with us when they put the drip on Aqil.I had to hold his hands down as he was tossing and crying! They inserted the drip through his liitle foot.
They tried the right foot first....unsuccessful......they tried the left foot....still unsuccessful! Every time they did that "tries"....Aqil was screaming for help.....I WAS THERE HOLDING DOWN HIS HANDS! My heart went to him....sorry darling...Umie had to do this....he looked at me as though asking me to help him....to tell the doctor to stop poking him....."sob".

My Angelz

Juz wanna share this photos which I took while my kidz were sleeping.....was surprised to see the position that they were sleeping! I was at the comp as per norm....my kidz with maid and grandma. So took a break away from the comp to peek at them....and there they were sleeping in the same position...all three of them! Haha...no DNA needed....confirm they're from the same egg and womb! haha!

Tesco Hypermarket !

Last Saturday, me and hubby brought the kidz to JB. Haha...well we didn't make our routine check to Jb the previous week so....kids' milk running out. We headed for JB. It is much cheaper to buy milk over their. Maybe because of the subsidy provided by their government :). So we'd usually buy a month's stock of milk...hehe...funny my kids don't drink other drinks at home, they will ask for milk, milk,milk! And their grandmother would be most happy to make for them!
For this visit, we went to Tesco. A fairly new hypermarket....nearby Giant Plentong...and it has been ages that we went to Giant Plentong....the first Giant outlet. It wasn't a big place.....I still prefer Jusco for shopping! So we spent our day there....not rushing our time, I even managed to do an art piece with Ariq. And we juz hang around the kidz' area a bit before doing our shopping and have our dinner!

Looking for THE ALBUM!

As my hubby returns from work...we got ready and went out for our weekend family outing as per normal. But today with an agenda in mind. I was assigned to do an album...Memories @ CCKPS for our VP who will be leaving su at the end of the year. So I was actually looking for an extraordinary album that Elyyah has.....(if u read this Elyyah....I wanted to call u but I don't have ur number)....went to a few places but couldn't find it!
So today we went to Takashimaya.....again I was disappointed....so I decided to settle for the next best option. So carried on looking around and finally bought one at Kalm's.....it cost $39.90. Plus a gift box and ribbon...total was $58.70....haha but luckily not my money....claim from SWC.
But we don't want to hang around at Taka coz the parking is daylight robbery....so we went to Vivocity where we can claim parking for our purchases. At Vivo, we had ice-cream at Ben & Jerry's where my eldest son, Ariq spilt water over me....luckily it was plain water!

Then we went to ToysRus, my kidz juz knew where it is. Bought the kidz what they wanted and we headed to Earle's Swensen to have our dinner. Hubby ate Roast Lamb....kidz had mini burgers.....and I shared Chicken Baked Rice with my maid....yummy!

Yeah! Its Deepavali! Haha....juz freaking out for a while :).....hubby is werking on Deepavali so here I am updating my dear bloggy.....well on Saturday....we had our family visit to the cinema..haha!...
Me and hubby...we brought our kidz to the cinema to watch High School Musical 3....my kidz are fanatics...especially my gerl...she was actually dancing throughout the movie! Luckily there were other kidz and not much people and we managed to get the back seatsso my kidz had fun dancing in the dark! haha!
It's was a sweet and short family day out as we had to leave Aqil behind.....so we headed home for Aqil after the movie before continuing with our Family Day Out programme....hehe :)

Last Saturday...me, hubby and kidz went Raya visiting with family on my side. Yup! It is already the 18th day of Syawal and we are still doing our Raya visiting. Well, we have got only the weekends to do our visiting..you see....but it was really fun. We went to 3 different houses of our relatives including my 2nd sis who is a M'sian. We ate and relax at each house....catching up with each other.
We were really full that day with very house that we visited preparing something for their VIPs....us lar...haha.
We had roti jala for lunch at my sis's place.....satay and lontong at my uncle's place and curry chicken for dinner at my auntie's place. Well, we informed them that we'll be coming you see....haha...:) Enjoy the slideshow!
